About This Opportunity

This scholarship, co-funded by STEPS and the University of St Andrews, provides funding for two Palestinian students to undertake a one-year postgraduate taught or research Masters programme of study. STEPS (St Andrews Education for Palestinian Students) is a charity registered in Scotland that was established in January 2011 as an independent charitable foundation to provide funding for Palestinian students at the University of St Andrews. The scholarship is specifically designed to support Palestinian students, with priority given to those recently displaced and those who have studied at universities in the West Bank, Gaza, Jordan, Lebanon, or Syria. The program aims to enable recipients to contribute to Palestinian civic society upon completion of their studies.
