St. Gerard Circle College Scholarship

St. Gerard Circle is pleased to sponsor a $1000 scholarship for a high school senior who is a Nativity parishioner and is planning to attend an institution of higher education. This scholarship is designed to support local students from the Greater Brandon area who are members of Nativity Catholic Church as they pursue their college education. Applicants must maintain a 3.0 unweighted GPA and be planning to attend an accredited institution of higher learning including junior colleges, 4-year colleges, universities, or technical institutes. The scholarship application requires a personal statement, an essay on provided topics, letters of recommendation, and a counselor report. The judging process involves a panel of impartial judges who review all applications received by the deadline. Award money is forwarded directly to the financial aid office of the institution where the recipient enrolls.
