Staff Fee Remission

The Staff Fee Remission program provides tuition fee support for employees of the University of Kent who wish to pursue part-time study at the institution. The University will cover half the cost of home tuition fees for eligible staff members who are accepted and register as part-time students. To qualify, staff must remain employed by the University of Kent and meet specific employment criteria: their appointment must be at least half-time and for at least one year, or they must have worked for the University for an average of at least 300 hours per year in the current year and two previous years, or have undertaken part-time teaching for an average of at least three hours per week in the current year and two previous years. This benefit enables University of Kent staff to pursue professional development and further education while maintaining their employment.
