Staples Professional Competition Award

The Staples Professional Competition Award is available to first year students enrolled in the Interior Design Technology program at NAIT. The award is given on the basis of the top score in the final design project in course DSGN1220: Planning Interior Spaces. The competition is judged by a panel using a competition rubric and scoring sheet. The award is presented to the top team, which consists of 2-4 members, and funds are disbursed equally among the first-place team members. Students are automatically considered for this award based on their performance in the course.
