Statsbidrag för inköp av läroböcker och lärarhandledningar 2026

This Swedish state grant is designed to strengthen students' access to textbooks and teachers' access to teaching manuals. The grant is administered by Skolverket (Swedish National Agency for Education) and available to municipal, state, regional, and independent school organizers for preschool class, compulsory school, adapted compulsory school, special school, and Sami school. The grant must be used for the purchase of printed textbooks (with or without digital components) and teaching manuals that support lesson planning and implementation. The funding is intended to increase purchases beyond historical spending levels, requiring applicants to maintain their average spending from the previous three years before accessing grant funds. For 2026, 555 million SEK is available for distribution among eligible organizers.
