About This Opportunity

This Swedish government grant provides funding for students from other Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Faroe Islands, Greenland, and Åland) who are not registered residents of Sweden to study in Sweden on the same terms as Swedish students. The grant covers students in upper secondary education (gymnasieskola) and adult education at basic and upper secondary levels. The funding is designed to support educational opportunities for Nordic students and facilitate cross-border educational mobility within the Nordic region. Applications are accepted twice yearly, corresponding to the spring and fall terms. The grant amount is calculated based on specific national price lists and educational programs, with different rates for different types of education.
