Stöd till lokalförvaltande organisationer

This grant program supports associations and organizations that operate meeting halls and community spaces in Stockholm. The funding aims to meet the needs of community organizations, cultural activities, and residents for local meeting places. The support promotes local meeting places for cultural activities, education and social interaction, strengthens democracy, increases interest and participation in cultural life, and provides access to meeting places for community groups with special needs. The program consists of three parts: basic support (Grundstöd) for annual operating costs, investment support (Investeringsstöd) for facility improvements and equipment, and compensation support (Kompensationsstöd) for zero-rate rentals to priority groups at 150 SEK per hour. Organizations must own or rent a facility located in Stockholm, offer zero-rate spaces to qualifying groups according to sports administration rules, and be non-profit. Awards are evaluated based on facility usage, quality of programming, community engagement, facility quality, accessibility, and operational capacity.
