About This Opportunity

The Stefan Legacy Award in Graduate Advanced Training and Entrepreneurship (GATE) was created to support students participating in the newly created Graduate Advanced Training and Entrepreneurship (GATE) program. This award recognizes University of Regina graduate students who have actively engaged with GATE Centre programming, which focuses on developing entrepreneurial skills and advanced training for graduate students. The award provides $2,000 to one student annually who has participated in a significant amount of GATE events (typically 5-7 events or approximately 10 hours of participation) during the previous six months. Eligible students must be enrolled in any graduate program at the University of Regina, be fully-qualified graduate students, and provide documentation of their GATE event participation, which will be verified by GATE staff.
