Stephen P. Collins Fund for English Language Learners Scholarship

The Stephen P. Collins Fund for English Language Learners Scholarship is designed to support students who have been enrolled in an ESL (English as a Second Language) program at any point during their K-12 education. This scholarship recognizes the unique challenges faced by English language learners and provides financial assistance to help them pursue post-secondary education. Applicants must be attending one of the designated high schools (PHS, CGHS, SVHS, SAHS, VOHS, SMHS, or CDHS) and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA. The scholarship can be used for various educational pathways including trade schools, apprenticeship or certificate programs, two-year colleges, or four-year colleges.
