Stephen Phillips Memorial Scholarship

The Stephen Phillips Memorial Fund awards scholarships between $3,000 and $18,000 (the average award is $6,000). Awards are renewable for up to 4 years while recipients complete bachelor's degrees. Competitive applicants will have a record of academic success, involvement in community and extracurricular activities, be working to earn money to defray college costs, and strive to make a difference in society. Students must meet the Phillips Scholarship financial need criteria prior to applying. This scholarship is open to students who are permanent residents of a New England state with a GPA of 3.0 who are enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program, with demonstrated financial need.
