About This Opportunity
Established in 2024/25 by Linda MacCallum and friends in honor of Sterling MacCallum, the Sterling MacCallum Memorial Award is available to students enrolled full-time in the 2nd, 3rd or 4th year of Carpentry, Vermilion campus. The award recognizes academic achievement and personal qualities essential to success in the carpentry trade. Candidates must display perseverance to overcome challenges, demonstrate dedication and determination to master the trade of carpentry, and show willingness to work hard and support fellow classmates. This memorial award honors Sterling MacCallum's legacy by supporting students who exemplify these values in their pursuit of excellence in carpentry. Preference is given to 4th year students who best embody these qualities.
