Stiftelsen Folke Bernadottes Minnesfond för internationellt utbyte

Folke Bernadottes Minnesfond has the task of promoting young people's international understanding through exchanges with youth in other countries. The memorial fund's contribution to peace and understanding consists of granting scholarships to groups and individuals for international exchanges. The fund provides support for international camps, youth exchanges with reciprocal visits, volunteer trips of at least 8 weeks, digital exchanges, and organizations' activities for increased international understanding in Sweden. The scholarships are not intended to cover all costs for visits but should be seen as a contribution to the trip. Applicants must be between 11 and 25 years old at the time of the exchange and be residents of Sweden (nationality is irrelevant). The fund does not provide scholarships for personal education, educational seminars, conferences, sports exchanges focused on competition or training with little or no concrete youth exchange, or development aid work.
