Støtte til energitiltak i borettslag og sameier

Enova provides up to 10 million Norwegian kroner in support for housing cooperatives and condominiums implementing energy-saving measures. The grant covers up to 30% of project costs for energy improvement initiatives including insulation, windows, doors, solar panels, and other measures that reduce electricity consumption from the grid. This is a competitive grant where applications are prioritized based on cost-effectiveness of the proposed energy measures. All housing cooperatives, condominiums, sectional ownership associations, and housing companies with an organization number in the Brønnøysund registers are eligible to apply. The selection process ranks applications based on the requested support amount divided by the energy improvement goals in kWh and percentage.
