Støtte til fysiske trafikktryggingstiltak

Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune provides annual funding to municipalities for physical traffic safety measures on county and municipal roads, including securing school routes. The grant covers 50% of the project cost, with municipalities covering the remaining 50%. The funding is allocated yearly by the Transport Committee in accordance with the approved economic plan and political guidelines. Municipalities are invited each May to apply for grants through an invitation letter containing information about eligible projects, conditions, priorities, and application deadlines. Applications should be based on the municipal traffic safety plan and submitted using the required project form for each individual project.
