Student Design Competition Award

The Student Design Competition Award is offered to students at Red Deer Polytechnic who participate in the annual Student Design Competition. This award recognizes teams of students who design and build projects that are judged at the competition. Teams must include at least one Bachelor of Science student and one Bachelor of Science in Engineering student, with a maximum of four students per team. The award amount ranges from $200 to $600 CAD depending on project evaluation and team performance. Students enrolled in both fall and winter semesters are eligible and are automatically considered based on their completed General Application through Red Deer Polytechnic's scholarship system.
