Student Journey Scholarship

The Student Journey Scholarship is an educational funding program offered by International Medical Group (IMG) to support international students pursuing higher education in the United States. IMG provides $10,000 in total scholarships annually, awarding $5,000 to two winners each year - one per Fall and Spring semester. The scholarship is designed to help fund the student journey for international students coming to the U.S. for their studies. Applicants must submit either a 500-word essay or a 3-minute video describing their background, the journey that led them to pursue higher education in the United States, and how their U.S. education will help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Winners are selected by a panel of judges who evaluate submissions based on passion, impact, and completeness, with each submission scored on a scale of 1-15 points. The scholarship amount is paid directly to the winner's college or university.
