About this opportunity

Established in 1979 by the Lakeland College Students' Association, Vermilion campus, in memory of Kevin Dach, Cheri Sonne, and Karen Rutherford, the Student Participation Memorial Award is organized and selected by the Students' Associations at the Vermilion and Lloydminster campuses. This award is available to full-time students who have been actively involved in student life at Lakeland College. One award will be presented at each campus (Vermilion and Lloydminster), recognizing students who demonstrate significant engagement with the campus community through various activities. The award recognizes students based on their participation in clubs and/or social events, their contributions in supporting student functions by planning, organizing, or working at functions, and their volunteer efforts for student life activities. This memorial award honors the legacy of three individuals while encouraging active student engagement and leadership within the college community.
