Students' Association - Study Abroad Bursary

The Students' Association - Study Abroad Bursary is offered by the Students' Association of Red Deer Polytechnic to support current full-time students who are selected to participate in an RDP study abroad program. The bursary provides financial assistance of $1,000 to help offset costs associated with international study experiences. Eligible students must be currently enrolled full-time at Red Deer Polytechnic and have been selected to participate in an official RDP study abroad program. Recipients are expected to share their study abroad experiences with the RDP community, which may include giving presentations, writing blog posts, creating social media content, or participating in promotional events either during or after their international experience. Two awards of $1,000 each are available annually. Students are automatically considered for this bursary based on their completed General Application through the Red Deer Polytechnic scholarship portal. This award supports the institution's commitment to international education and helps make study abroad experiences more accessible to students.
