Sue (Archibald) and Randy Taylor Master of Business Administration Scholarship

The Sue (Archibald) and Randy Taylor Master of Business Administration Scholarship is awarded to students enrolled in the MBA program at Eastern Illinois University. The scholarship specifically targets non-traditional students who have been employed in the real world and wish to return to school to achieve their MBA for career opportunities and advancement. Recipients must be pursuing a career in business and maintain a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0. Preference is given to students who received their undergraduate degree from Eastern Illinois University and who graduated from high schools in Douglas, Coles, or Clark counties in Illinois, or Unity High School in Tolono, IL. If no candidates from these preferred areas meet the criteria, students from surrounding counties may also be eligible. The selection committee considers various factors including financial need, personal hardship, and family considerations such as being a single parent, having several children, or special needs. Recipients may apply for and receive the award one additional time if they continue to meet the criteria. The award is announced in the Spring and paid in the Fall semester.
