About this opportunity
The Sue Bearrie Fashion Merchandising Scholarship is offered to students enrolled at Tarrant County College who are pursuing an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Fashion Merchandising. This merit-based scholarship supports students attending the TCC Northeast Campus who have demonstrated academic excellence with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
Eligible students must be currently enrolled and maintain full-time status with at least 12 credit hours during the award period. Applicants must have completed a minimum of 30 credit hours from the BUAD Fashion Merchandising degree plan, including at least 9 credit hours of HECO or FSHN courses, prior to receiving the award.
The scholarship is renewable for the spring semester if the recipient maintains a minimum semester GPA of 2.75 and completes at least 12 credit hours in the fall semester. This award is funded by the Friends and Family of Sue Bearrie and is administered through the Tarrant County College Foundation.
Financial need is not a requirement for this scholarship, as it is merit-based and focused on recognizing academic achievement in the fashion merchandising field. Students are automatically considered for this scholarship upon completing the General Application through the Tarrant County College Foundation scholarship portal.
