About this opportunity

Summer Centennial Center Research Grants are open to all APSA members and provide research funding up to $2,500 for individual research projects and up to $10,000 for mini-conferences, workshops, and other collaborative projects. The grants are supported by thirteen endowed funds, each with unique aims including supporting international scholarship, electoral scholarship, and scholarship on race and gender. Recipients must not have received Centennial Center funding in the past four years and must maintain APSA membership throughout the grant period. The program supports work in political science across a broad range of research areas including diversity and minority politics, publishing support for young scholars, legislative studies, presidency and executive politics, electoral politics, civic education, international relations and comparative politics, women and politics, Asian scholarship, political art, and intersectional research on gender, race, ethnicity and political power. Applications require an abstract, project statement, CV, and detailed budget, with letters of recommendation required for graduate students and workshop proposals exceeding $5,000.
