Susan B. Eckert Memorial Scholarship in Science

The Susan B. Eckert Memorial Scholarship in Science is awarded to a student on the basis of superior academic achievement entering the first year of an undergraduate degree program in the Faculty of Science. Selection is based on admission average. Preference is given to students with indicated financial need and to students who have graduated from a High School in the City of Edmonton. Preference will also be given to a female student planning to pursue studies in the biological sciences. This endowed scholarship was established by Helen M. Eckert to support incoming science students at the University of Alberta.
