Sussex Nigeria Scholarship (Masters)

The Sussex Nigeria Scholarship is a tuition fee reduction award for Nigerian nationals who are classified as 'Overseas' for fee purposes and have been accepted to study an eligible Masters course at the University of Sussex starting in September 2026. The scholarship provides £4,000 as a tuition fee reduction for full-time Masters study. This scholarship is automatically applied to eligible students and does not require a separate application. The scholarship is available for most full-time Masters degrees, with some specific exclusions including online courses, certain development-related programs, and courses at Brighton and Sussex Medical School. Students must be self-financing to receive the scholarship, and if sponsored or having fees paid by an employer or other funding provider, the scholarship offer will be revoked. The scholarship is awarded as a tuition fee reduction for each year of full-time study at Sussex but is not available for placement/study abroad years or if resits are required.
