About This Opportunity

The SAIC scholarship enables students to study sustainable development while gaining exposure to the aquaculture sector, innovation challenges, and how SAIC is driving solutions. Recipients have the opportunity to develop their dissertation or end of year project on a topic relevant to the aquaculture sector. Students pursuing practical topics will have the opportunity to gain insight from individuals who work in the sector and are part of SAIC's 300+ consortium member organizations. The scholarship is specifically designed for Scottish residents pursuing the MSc in Sustainable Development at the University of St Andrews. The program provides a unique opportunity to work on projects developed in partnership with industry members from the Sustainable Aquaculture Innovation Centre consortium. Recipients are entitled and encouraged to attend Masters' training and networking events organized by SAIC, providing valuable professional development opportunities in the growing aquaculture sector.
