About This Opportunity

The Swaantje Mondt Fund Scholarship is intended for students who wish to follow the Master of Laws Advanced Studies programme in International Children's Rights at Leiden University and meet all criteria for admission. The scholarship is designed for highly motivated students who lack the financial means to follow the study programme without assistance. The Swaantje Mondt Fund Scholarship is a named Fund at the Leiden University Fund (LUF), which aims to enable students to study at Leiden University and subsequently participate constructively in civil society, government, or the development of their country of origin. Applicants must have the firm intention of returning to their home country after graduation and bringing into practice the knowledge obtained during the programme to improve the implementation of international children's rights in their home country. This is a partial scholarship covering a significant portion of the tuition fees but not living costs or the full tuition amount.
