About this opportunity
The Swafford Family Scholarship was established in 2002 by Dr Glenn Swafford, a graduate of Victoria University of Wellington, to support students studying Education at the University. The scholarship acknowledges and supports an outstanding student majoring in Education at Victoria University of Wellington, awarded on the basis of academic merit. Where more than one top applicant is identified, consideration will be given to applicants experiencing financial hardship. The scholarship is available to both undergraduate and postgraduate students who are currently enrolled in an Education course at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington. Recipients must be enrolled full-time majoring in Education and are expected to act as Ambassadors for the University and participate in appropriate events or marketing if requested.
