About This Opportunity
The SWAN Digital Bursary Fund is generously supported by British Telecommunications PLC and provides £1,000 bursaries to support current students who wish to advance to their next year of study. The fund is focused on students working towards any qualification that would lead to a career working with digital technology. Digital technology is now part of almost every career, including social care, healthcare, creative industries, engineering, construction, business, accounting, environmental science, and rural studies. The bursaries are paid in two installments each semester and are awarded based on academic success and potential, financial situation, and career potential in the digital technology sector. The fund is open to all UHI students studying FE, HE, and postgraduate courses who will be continuing their studies from September 2026, including both UK/EU and non-EU students, and both full-time and part-time students.
