About this opportunity
The Swedish Institute awards academic scholarships for master's studies in Sweden to global professionals from a selection of 34 countries who want to contribute to the sustainable development of their home countries. The scholarship is a competitive fully-funded opportunity that supports full-time, one- or two-year master's studies at Swedish universities across a wide range of English-taught programmes in fields including Governance, Public Health, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and STEM. Recipients gain access to world-class education, cutting-edge research, and a vibrant network of peers while developing tools to drive change back home. Scholarship recipients become part of the SI Network for Global Professionals, a platform for collaboration, learning, and lifelong connection with fellow leaders from around the world. The program seeks talented professionals with capability, an existing platform, and ambition to contribute to the further development of their home country and region. After the scholarship period ends, recipients become members of the Sweden Alumni Network, providing unique opportunities for continued networking and professional development.
