About This Opportunity
The Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research (SSF) and the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) are investing in a joint program for Swedish and Taiwanese researchers for the second time. Approximately 70 million SEK will be awarded to ten strategic collaboration projects of the highest international caliber. The grants are awarded for five years and will support joint research projects with associated seminars, conferences and workshops, as well as exchange of researchers between participating groups. The proposed research project must be within at least one of ten strategic areas: 6G, AI, Biotechnology for precision medicine, Drones/Robots, Green energy, Semiconductors, Quantum science, Marine and ocean exploration, Neuroscience, and Space. A Swedish and a Taiwanese project leader must write a joint application with a description of the proposed research collaboration, project participants, and budget.
