About this opportunity

The Sydney International Undergraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship was established in 2024 to support exceptional international students from diverse priority markets study across diverse undergraduate courses at the University of Sydney. This scholarship provides 100% tuition fees and Student Services Amenities Fee (SSAF) for the published full-time duration of the recipient's single undergraduate degree, up to a maximum of 4 years. The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit, completion of an online application form, diversity of nationality, and diversity of intended degree. Approximately 20 scholarships are awarded globally per year across two intakes. Recipients must maintain a minimum Semester Average Mark (SAM) of 65 each semester and complete their degree within the published full-time duration. Eligible applicants must have applied for but not yet commenced a single undergraduate coursework degree (may include embedded honours) at the University of Sydney. The scholarship is not available for combined degrees with a postgraduate component, certain dual degrees, and degrees that include the Bachelor of Advanced Studies. Recipients are responsible for all other costs including Overseas Health Cover, living costs, accommodation, textbooks, and flights.
