TALENTIA Fellowship Program

The TALENTIA Fellowship Program is a postgraduate scholarship initiative offered by the Andalusian government for students from Andalusia to pursue doctoral studies abroad at selected institutions. The fellowship supports students undertaking Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Professional Doctorate programs at approved universities worldwide. Recipients must have a connection to Andalusia through birth, residence, work, university studies, or blood relations. The program provides comprehensive financial support including full tuition fee coverage, a monthly stipend for living expenses, housing and health insurance costs based on local indices, a 1,500 EUR relocation allowance, and travel costs. In exchange for this support, fellows commit to a four-year work commitment in or for Andalusia upon completion of their degree. While Swinburne University is not currently on the official list of approved institutions, fellowship applicants may select other educational centers by submitting additional documentation proving the chosen program and university is of comparable standing to those on the approved list and suitable for the applicant's future career plans.
