Talentstipend

Talentstipend is a talent scholarship from Oslo Municipality targeting young artistic talents between 18 and 26 years old. The scholarship is part of Oslo Municipality's grant program aimed at ensuring quality, innovation, research, accessibility, and breadth within the arts and culture sector. The program enriches the city's cultural life and benefits the municipality's residents. Talentstipend is one of six different scholarships awarded by the Oslo Culture Agency on behalf of Oslo Municipality. Applicants can only apply for one scholarship type per year. The scholarship supports projects that demonstrate development potential for the applicant, recruitment potential within the arts, benefit others, and take place entirely in Oslo. The award amount ranges from 10,000 to 50,000 Norwegian kroner, and the project period is typically between January 1 and December 31 of the award year. Successful applicants must have a registered residential address in Oslo by December 31 of the year before the application.
