About this opportunity
The Tamaki Health Prize in General Practice is an annual prize established in 2024 and funded by Tamaki Health, a privately owned New Zealand healthcare group. The Prize is awarded to the Māori student and the Pacific student who achieved the highest overall marks in General Practice in MBChB Part VI. The prize is intended to stimulate interest in general practice as a career amongst Māori students and Pacific students. Two prizes valued at $2,000 each are awarded annually. Recipients are selected by nomination and do not need to apply for this prize.
