About This Opportunity

The Tarrant County Master Gardener Scholarship is offered by the Tarrant County Master Gardener Association to support students pursuing horticulture education at Tarrant County College. This scholarship is designed to assist students enrolled in or entering Tarrant County College who intend to pursue an associate degree or certificate of completion in Horticulture. The scholarship requires recipients to maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 and enroll in at least 6 credit hours per semester. Preference is given to applicants who meet federal or state guidelines for financial need. The scholarship is renewable for the spring semester if the recipient achieves a minimum semester GPA of 2.5 and completes a minimum of 6 credit hours in the fall semester. Students are automatically considered for this scholarship based on their completed General Application through the Tarrant County College Foundation Scholarships system.
