The Tau Beta Pi Student Leadership Scholarship - New York Nu Chapter was established by Drs. Robert E., MS '76 & PhD '84, and Grace M. Barnes, MA '77 & PhD '84, to recognize student leadership in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences' national honor society. This scholarship provides financial support up to $500 for students who demonstrate leadership within Tau Beta Pi, the engineering honor society. Applicants must be members of Tau Beta Pi and enrolled in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University at Buffalo. The scholarship acknowledges the importance of leadership development within the engineering community and honors students who contribute to the growth and activities of the honor society.
