Tauranga Moana Futures Scholarship

The Tauranga Moana Futures Scholarship was established in 2022 to enable the University of Waikato and its partners to support talented undergraduate students to study in Tauranga on areas of importance to employers in the region. The scholarship provides comprehensive financial and professional development support for undergraduate students. The scholarship offers up to $40,000 throughout a student's undergraduate programme, distributed over the course of their degree. Beyond financial assistance, recipients gain valuable opportunities for work-integrated-learning experience, project-based learning, paid work placement, and professional networking.
