TD Scholarship for Indigenous Peoples

The TD Scholarship for Indigenous Peoples is tailored specifically for Indigenous students and managed by AFOA Canada. After twenty-five years of helping Indigenous communities and organizations, AFOA Canada understands that students from the Indigenous community face unique challenges and systemic barriers that can make getting a post-secondary education difficult. This scholarship program was customized in partnership with TD to meet the specific needs of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit students pursuing post-secondary education. The scholarship provides comprehensive financial support including tuition assistance, living expenses, and includes a mandatory four-month internship opportunity at TD hub locations each year. The program is designed to support students throughout their post-secondary journey, offering up to four years of funding for full-time students enrolled in minimum two-year programs at approved post-secondary institutions.
