Temautlysing: Habitatkartlegging og planlegging av tiltak for sjøaure

Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune has a special focus on sea trout through the project 'Mange bekkar små' (Many small streams). This thematic call aims to stimulate focus on sea trout streams by providing support for bottleneck analyses, habitat mapping, and action plans in streams with sea trout. The goal is to ensure good water environments in sea trout streams through improved knowledge and planning. The grant supports the development of knowledge bases and action plans that are necessary for implementing habitat improvement measures in sea trout watercourses, and for positioning applicants to seek funding for implementing these measures. This initiative is part of following up the Regional Water Management Plan for Møre og Romsdal water region 2022-2027. The funding scheme prioritizes projects that demonstrate quality, effectiveness, and feasibility in contributing to water management objectives.
