Terry Hunt Memorial National Skills Competition Award

The Terry Hunt Memorial National Skills Competition Award recognizes excellence in vocational skills by supporting Red Deer Polytechnic apprentices or alumni who have demonstrated outstanding performance at the National Skills Canada Competition. This award honors students who placed first, second, or third at the national competition during the current academic year. The award is funded through the Red Deer Polytechnic Support Staff Legacy Endowment and provides financial recognition to apprentices who have excelled in their trades at the national level. Preference is given to current Red Deer Polytechnic apprentices, though recent alumni who completed their apprenticeship program at RDP are also eligible.
