Tertiary Grant

The Tertiary Grant from Rural Women New Zealand assists tertiary students with their resources and material costs. This grant is designed to support New Zealand citizens who are enrolled in full-year tertiary courses, degrees, or diplomas. The grant provides a single payment of $1,000 per year and can be applied for up to two times per applicant (once per year). Factors such as financial need, the reasons for the course of study, and the intended use of the qualification are taken into consideration when awarding this grant. Applicants must provide a character reference from a non-family member, proof of enrollment acceptance, and either a copy of the previous year's study results, the last school report (if within three years), or an academic reference.
