About this opportunity
The Austin Scholarship Foundation aims to aid high-performing students in financial need to achieve a major that will prepare them for a job in four years. The scholarship was established by Francie Austin and is specifically designed to help students complete their undergraduate education.
The scholarship provides financial support to cover in-state tuition, fees, and books for a maximum of $15,000 per academic year. This comprehensive support is intended to reduce financial barriers that might prevent talented students from pursuing and completing their undergraduate degrees.
The scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years, allowing recipients to receive support throughout their four-year undergraduate program. In addition to financial assistance, scholarship recipients can also receive mentoring services to support their academic and career development.
Eligible applicants must be current full-time Arizona residents attending an in-state institution, maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA, and demonstrate financial need. The scholarship is designed for undergraduate students who are committed to completing their education and preparing for career success.
