The Barbara Harris Scholarship

The Barbara Harris Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students studying Accounting and Finance BSc (Hons) at Kent Business School, University of Kent. The scholarship provides a £1,000 annual stipend (full-time rate) for up to 3 years of the awardee's course, paid directly to the awardee in three instalments throughout each year. The scholarship is designed to support UK Home students from East Kent who have attended state schools and have demonstrated academic excellence at A Level. Funding for more than 3 years and in addition to other scholarships or bursaries will be exceptional and must be approved by the selection panel. For the 2026/2027 academic year, up to 3 scholarships will be awarded, depending on the applicants' suitability which will be assessed by a selection panel.
