About this opportunity
The Bartlett Promise Master's Scholarship aims to enable UK-domiciled students from backgrounds underrepresented in The Bartlett, UCL's Faculty of the Built Environment, to pursue master's studies at The Bartlett. The scholarship provides full tuition fees plus an allowance to cover living and study expenses for the normal duration of the course at UCL. All Promise scholars will also receive ongoing academic and career support during their study. Up to ten scholarships are available to students starting September 2026, with an additional three scholarships offered in partnership with the Aziz Foundation for British Muslim students and/or those who work to support British Muslim communities. The scholarship is specifically designed for students who are UK domiciled with home fee status or forced migrants in the UK, who have an offer of admission to a Bartlett master's course for 2026-27, and who meet at least one additional criterion related to underrepresented backgrounds, including financial need, being from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds, having disabilities, being care leavers, or being first generation university students. The scholarship provides a comprehensive support package including tailored support services throughout the program and career support beyond graduation.
