UCL Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment Original Source

About This Opportunity

The Bartlett Promise Undergraduate Scholarship aims to enable UK-domiciled students from backgrounds underrepresented in The Bartlett, UCL's Faculty of the Built Environment to pursue their undergraduate studies. The scholarship provides full tuition fees plus an annual allowance of £15,864 to cover living and study expenses for the normal duration of the course at UCL. All Promise scholars will also receive on-going academic and career support during their study. The scholarship targets students who meet specific eligibility criteria including UK domiciled with home fee status or forced migrants in the UK, who have accepted an offer of admission to an undergraduate course at The Bartlett for the 2026-27 academic year, and who have not completed an undergraduate degree previously. In addition to mandatory criteria, candidates must meet at least one additional criterion such as being in financial need, from a Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic background, from a Gypsy, Roma or Traveller community, having a disability, being a care leaver, receiving or being eligible for free school meals, attending a low performing school, living in a disadvantaged area, or being first generation to attend university. The scholarship provides comprehensive support including tailored support services throughout the course, career support beyond graduation, and access to The Bartlett Promise Community of scholars, benefactors, supporters and friends.
