The Boar Group Study Support Bursary

The Boar Group Study Support Bursary is designed to assist students from low socio-economic backgrounds at the University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC), with a preference for students who must work to support their studies. The bursary aims to enable recipients to commit more time to their studies and engaging in university life, with less time required in paid employment. Students working long hours during the semester period are particularly encouraged to apply. The bursary provides A$2,000 in support distributed over eight fortnightly payments throughout a semester. This funding opportunity is open to full-time domestic undergraduate students who have completed at least one semester at UniSC with a GPA of 4.0 or higher. Selection is based on financial need, hours worked in paid employment or other commitments that impact study time, and academic merit.
