About this opportunity
The Dr. Mark Zamorski Award was established to provide assistance for post-graduate students (Master's and PhD) to enhance their specialization in epidemiological and mental health problems in military personnel, Veterans and/or their families. Award holders will benefit from being connected with the CIMVHR network. This award provides $10,000 to a postgraduate student conducting research that has potential to improve the mental health of military, Veterans or their families. Knowledge translation and exchange is strongly encouraged, including publishing research results in peer review journals. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with other CIMVHR researchers on at least one publication related to their research area. CIMVHR encourages emerging scholars to adopt the Sex and Gender Equity in Research (SAGER) principles and use an intersectional lens in their methodologies.
