The Edward J Vigo Scholarship

The Edward J Vigo Scholarship provides financial support to assist students who undertake the study of Jazz at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. This scholarship was established in 2005 from a bequest by The Estate of Edward J Vigo. The scholarship is available to both domestic and international students enrolled in full-time undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degrees at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. The scholarship value and duration are determined by the Dean of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and stipulated in the scholarship offer letter to successful recipients. Awards are made based on academic merit and/or portfolio and performance. Recipients must maintain a minimum Semester Average Mark (SAM) of 65 each semester to continue receiving the scholarship.
