About this opportunity
The Egyptian Bureau for Cultural & Educational Affairs PhD Scholarships program provides funding for Egyptian nationals to pursue full-time doctoral studies at Imperial College London. The scholarship covers full tuition fees for the duration of the PhD program, excluding the writing-up year and any active research period extensions. In line with the agreement between The Egyptian Bureau for Cultural & Educational Affairs and Imperial College London, Imperial will cover 30% of tuition fees for successful applicants. Five scholarships are available for the 2026/2027 academic year across a wide range of departments including engineering, medicine, natural sciences, and business. Applicants must be assessed as overseas fee status and must apply both through Imperial College London's application portal and through the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Egypt.
