The Ewe Hill 6 Fund

The Ewe Hill 6 Fund is a community benefit fund that receives an annual contribution from ScottishPower Renewables of at least £69,000, index-linked over the operational life of the wind farm. The fund is distributed among five community groups in the Dumfriesshire East area of Scotland. The fund supports worthwhile projects that benefit the people who live and work in these specific communities, including the North Milk area (covering Corrie Parish, Hutton Community, and Tundergarth Parish), Langholm, Ewes and Westerkirk, and Middlebie and Waterbeck. Each community group manages its own share of the fund independently, and applications must be made directly to the relevant local group based on the applicant's location. The fund is administered by the Dumfriesshire East Community Benefit Group (DECBG), a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation.
