About this opportunity
The Grace Russell Henderson Scholarship is an equity scholarship established in 2012 to assist undergraduate students at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. The scholarship provides financial support to help students purchase musical scores or sheet music, or to meet other educational needs related to their studies at the Conservatorium.
This scholarship is specifically designed for students experiencing financial hardship who are enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. The scholarship was established from the Estate of Kenneth Russell John Henderson.
The scholarship value and duration are determined at the discretion of the Dean of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Recipients must maintain satisfactory academic performance with a minimum Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 75 each semester to continue receiving the scholarship. The award is made based on the applicant's personal statement and demonstrated evidence of financial disadvantage.
